a1012112796 60bda424eb [bsp][stm32] 更新stm32f427-robomaster-a外设驱动配置
1.增加串口1,7,8配置,经实机测试无误
2.增加PWM4 CH1 -- 4, PWM12(BUZZER)配置,因条件有限,仅测试了TIM12 CH1
3.经测试,CAN通信无法正常使用,原因尚未找出,故暂时删去此配置
测试所用编译器: mdk5, IAR
