f58d3c5200 rt_device_write/read return data type as rt_ssize_t

sync branch rt-smart. (#6641) 
* Synchronize the code of the rt mart branch to the master branch.
  * TTY device
  * Add lwP code from rt-smart
  * Add vnode in DFS, but DFS will be re-write for rt-smart
  * There are three libcpu for rt-smart:
    * arm/cortex-a, arm/aarch64
    * riscv64

0369db718c Fix compiler flags issue 
CCFLAGS is used by gcc and g++ compiler. So CFLAGS should be used for
gcc to avoid passing gcc flags to g++.

0227b5823e 1. Remove unuseful function(rt_system_module_init) 
2. Modify the return code to -1 when failed
3. Change the mounting filesystem from ramfs to sdcard
4. Replace RT_USING_RTGUI with PKG_USING_GUIENGINE and remove RT_USING_FTK

4、重构串口驱动以解决开启posix支持后终端无响应问题

6、添加mnt.c文件用来挂载文件系统
