windows下第一次录放音失败的原因是：第一录放音时 windows 会先连续发送开始、结束检测设备，然后才正式开始。线程来不及处理两次开始事件不会累积，最后导致直接结束，

a1012112796 60bda424eb [bsp][stm32] 更新stm32f427-robomaster-a外设驱动配置 
1.增加串口1,7,8配置，经实机测试无误
2.增加PWM4 CH1 -- 4, PWM12(BUZZER)配置，因条件有限，仅测试了TIM12 CH1
3.经测试,CAN通信无法正常使用，原因尚未找出，故暂时删去此配置
测试所用编译器： mdk5, IAR
