[bsp][lpc55sxx] Add RTT constant table sections to GNU lds.

Browse Source 
The following RTT constant table sections are missing from the linker
script which will cause non-functional image:

* .rti_fn*
* FSymTab
* VSymTab

Add these sections after .text sections.
