[GD32]add gd32470z-lckfb (#7022) 
* --复制gd32450z-eval 作为立创梁山派 gd32470z-lckfb的模板进行移植
* -修改模板keil工程的配置，IROM需要注意总共为1024k，分为Code  area 和Data area  ，IRAM1为 ： 512K-64K=448K=458752=0x70000。
-重新用ENV生成编译固件
片上SRAM可分为4块，分别为SRAM0（112KB）、SRAM1（16KB）、SRAM2（64KB）和TCMSRAM（64KB）。SRAM0、SRAM1和SRAM2可以被所有的AHB主机访问，然而，TCMSRAM（紧耦合存储器SRAM）只可被Cortex ® -M4内核的数据总线访问。BKPSRAM（备份SRAM）应用于备份域，即使当VDD供电电源掉电时，该SRAM仍可保持其内容。附加SRAM（ADDSRAM）只在一些特殊的GD32F4xx器件中可用。由于采用AHB互联矩阵，上述SRAM块可以同时被不同的AHB主机访问，例如，即使CPU正在访问SRAM0，USBHS也可以访问SRAM1。

* -修改IAR编译的链接脚本
* --修改Flash和RAM大小
-RAM大小为448k是因为512K-64K=448K，其中后面的64K为TCMSRAM（紧耦合存储器SRAM）只可被Cortex ® -M4内核的数据总线访问，先不要乱分配
* -修改MDK链接脚本
* -修改board.h
* -修改MCU型号
* -Finsh控制台和LED1闪灯程序工作正常，串口控制台名称错误，从uart改为uart0
-Scons正常生成工程
* -发现GD32固件库当前没有240Mhz的时钟配置，将固件库升级为GD32F4xx_Firmware_Library_V3.0.3-发布时间为2023-01-04
* -修改bsp/gd32/arm/gd32407v-start/board/SConscript文件
* -修改led1和change logs
* -按照提交规范使能 One ELF Section per Function（MDK） 并用scons重新生成工程
* -发现整个GD32的IAR模板工程template.eww 是没有的，所以当前是不支持IAR开发的，需要后面学习一下IAR使用再实现了。
* -使用formatting源码格式化工具跑一边gd32470z-lckfb目录
* -使用formatting源码格式化工具跑一遍[components/net/netdev/src/netdev.c]
-三个月前的提交多了几个空格

整合libcpu/riscv中的移植文件 提供一份公共代码于common

在提交本pr时，除hpmicro的内核，rv32内核bsp已完成去除大部分的冗余，大部分代码采用common中的实现。本pr的作用是进一步统一common中的文件，从而提供一份公用代码，新移植的RV32内核的BSP可以全部使用common代码。

- 在common中提供一份公用文件：interrupt_gcc.S
- 修改原有的文件，将原有的中断中上下文切换代码替换为interrupt_gcc.S
- 基于上述修改，修改仓库中risc-v内核的BSP与移植相关的部分 (主要包含中断入口函数 中断栈等)
- 在common中提供一份公用文件：trap_common.c；提供统一中断入口函数，中断入口函数初始化，中断入口注册等函数，并完善异常时的信息输出

- 在common中提供一份公用文件：rt_hw_stack_frame.h；将栈帧结构体剥离，供用户使用

- 在上述工作完成后，在上述工作的基础上测试仓库中risc-v内核的BSP

- 完善函数中的命名，完善中断栈的获取

- 提供一份详细的基于现有common文件的移植指南

[spi]添加rt_spi_bus_attach_device_cspin 函数 (#6916) 
这个函数实现了原先的挂载功能，并且调用pin框架，初始化cs引脚，是一个功能相对完善的挂载函数。用户也能更简单的使用。
该函数取代rt_spi_bus_attach_device，后续rt_spi_bus_attach_device会被逐渐淘汰掉。新的BSP以及软件包应当使用rt_spi_bus_attach_device_cspin新函数。

STM32L475潘多拉测试通过。

此commit意图在脚本中增加 scons --strict命令，使用该命令编译工程时，会自动将CFLAGS CXXFLAGS设置为 Werrors，即较为严格的编译模式，任何警告都会当做错误来处理。

该命令主要用于CI，在CI执行bsp编译时，可以使用 scons --strict命令。现在QEMU的rtconfig.py 为了CI检查，直接将CFLAGS加上了Werrors，导致正常编译过程中也把警告当做了错误，对日常使用该bsp造成了影响。

在使用stm32的pwm驱动时，发现其初始化channel的时候是根据device->channel这个值去初始化的，device->channel这个值是在pwm_configh.h里面定义设置的，又根据rtt的pwm例程，和常规习惯，应该大多数人会更喜欢设置channel=1/2/3/4，而不是在pwm_configh.h中将channel设置为TIM_CHANNEL_1/2/3/4，因此建议drv_pwm.c做出PR中的修改。

在实际开发中，因pwm_configh.h的示例均是.channel=0，又没有做出解释说明要让.channel=TIM_CHANNEL_1/2/3/4的值，容易误操作导致没有成功输出PWM，这是我在实际开发中遇到的现实问题，因而提出此建议。

bsp\stm32\libraries\HAL_Drivers\drv_rtc.c在STM32F10x上有一个“RTC首次上电时BKP时钟没使能”的问题。

STM32F10x要求：
写RTC Domain and RTC registers之前需要__HAL_RCC_BKP_CLK_ENABLE（详见：stm32f1xx_hal_rtc.c里面的##### Backup Domain Access #####）

问题分析：
1、RTC首次上电时：由于HAL_RTC_Init初始化之前没有使能BKP时钟，所以对RTC registers的初始化无效。
2、然后用date命令设置时间，调用到set_rtc_time_stamp也没有__HAL_RCC_BKP_CLK_ENABLE，所以HAL_RTCEx_BKUPWrite写的值无法真正永存于BKP，重启后就丢失。
最终导致：对于RTC首次上电的情况，每次重启后RTC_BKP_DR1里的值都不是BKUP_REG_DATA，导致永远无法调用到rt_rtc_f1_bkp_update()去使能BKP时钟。

解决办法：
参考STM32F10x_StdPeriph_Lib_V3.5.0\Project\STM32F10x_StdPeriph_Examples\RTC\Calendar\main.c里面的RTC_Configuration()同时打开RCC_APB1Periph_PWR和RCC_APB1Periph_BKP

tms320f28379d fix init (#6343) 
解决 tms320f28379d bsp 启动的问题。主要改动如下。

修正context.s中汇编代码错误。在旧版的代码中，操作数为32位而汇编命令却使用了针对16位数据的命令MOV，导致程序在某些情况无法正常启动线程。
由于C28x的平台下，SP只支持16bit寻址，所以用于线程空间存放的heap以及ebss段都需要放在低16位的空间，针对这个问题修改了CMD文件。此外还增加基于CMD文件基于RAM的支持，方便调试。
新增rtdef.h中RT_SECTION，RT_USED，ALIGN和RT_WEAK的定义。旧版bsp中这些定义为空，导致INIT_EXPORT注册的函数失效。
修改程序启动代码，在程序入口直接调用原生启动代码
以上改动在LAUNCHXL-F28379D 通过了测试。

The original one is also fine. Just to make it more rigorous since FSymTab is in data section.
