bsp: nxp/mcx/mcxc: FRDM-MCXC444: Fix GCC build suport. 

This patch fixes GCC build support for FRDM-MCXC444.

* Updated compiler flags to Cortex-M0 without FPU.
* Updated linker script to add RT-Thread const tables.
