Corinna Vinschen e437a7d826 Lower Cygwin's MINSIGSTKSZ and SIGSTKSZ 
* include/cygwin/signal.h (MINSIGSTKSZ): Define as 8K, unconditionally.
        (SIGSTKSZ): Define as 32K, unconditionally.
