	* ltconfig: Remove.
	* ltcf-c.sh: Remove.
	* ltcf-cxx.sh: Remove.
	* ltcf-gcj.sh: Remove.
	* src-release: Update with new libtool file list.
	* newlib/*/configure.in: invoke _LD_DECL_SED.
	* newlib/*/Makefile.am: Ensure toplevel is included in ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS.
	* Regenerate subdirectories
