Return 0 if strdup worked, -1 otherwise. * include/utmpx.h (_PATH_UTMPX): Define as _PATH_UTMP. (utmpxname): Declare as int function. * include/sys/utmp.h (utmpname): Ditto. * include/cygwin/version.h: Bump API minor version.
