	(fhandler_procnet::exists): Check for has_gaa_prefixes.  Call
	get_adapters_addresses here.

	(prefix): Move to net.cc.
	(fhandler_procnet::fill_filebuf): Call get_adapters_addresses here.
	Simplify allocation.  Use AdapterName rather than FriendlyName as
