	* include/winbase.h (struct _OVERLAPPED): Change type of
	Internal, InternalHigh members to ULONG_PTR.
	(PAPCFUNC): Change DWORD parameter to ULONG_PTR.
	(CreateIoCompletionPort): Likewise.
	(PostQueuedCompletionStatus): Likewise.
	(QueueUserAPC): Likewise.
	(GetQueuedCompletionStatus): Change PDWORD parm to PULONG_PTR.
