Cleanup merge between SourceForge and winsup CVS.
        * include/winbase.h (OSVERSIONINFO[AW], OSVERSIONINFOEX[AW]: Remove
	definitions.
        * include/winnt.h (VER_NT*): Remove duplicate defines.
        (VER_SUITE*): Group with VER_PLATFORM*, VER_NT* defines.
