	and _UINTPTR_EQ_ULONG at configuration time.
	*libc/include/sys/config.h: Add logic to determine
	_UINTPTR_EQ_ULONGLONG and _UINTPTR_EQ_ULONG at compilation time.
	* libc/include/inttypes.h: Add include of <sys/config.h>.
	* configure: Regenerated.
