Mike Frysinger 7f674bb4da libgloss: switch to AM_PROG_AR 
Now that we require Automake 1.15, we can use this macro rather than
set the tool up ourselves.  The current code doesn't properly search
for a prefixed ar tool as-is.

Libgloss is a library for all the details that usually get glossed over.
This library refers to things like startup code, and usually I/O support
for GCC and the C library.
