Christopher Faylor 7b52fd6713 * fhandler_console.cc (region_split): New function.
(delta): Ditto.
(ReadConsoleOutputWrapper): Ditto.
(fhandler_console::char_command): Use ReadConsoleOutputWrapper to avoid OOM
condition from ReadConsoleOutputW.  Add more debugging.
