Corinna Vinschen 77680cac94 Cygwin: autoload: clean up arguments to LoadDllFunc* The number of args multiplied by 4 was only required for 32 bit x86 to construct the symbol name correctly. Drop it. In the assembler code, split the numerical values for "notimp" and "err" into half words for cleaner layout. Fix description accordingly.
