        __fp_unordered_compare): Add prototypes.
        * include/stdio.h (vsnwprintf): Add prototype.
        * include/wchar.h (vsnwprintf): Add prototype.
        * include/unistd.h (ftruncate): Move prototype out of __NO_INLINE__ guard.
