* Makefile.am (AM_MAKEFLAGS): Pass CCASFLAGS.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerated.
        * libc/machine/sh/Makefile.am (AM_CCASFLAGS): Remove
        extraneous CFLAGS reference now that CCASFLAGS are being extended
        properly via multilib.
        * libc/machine/sh/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
