Corinna Vinschen 31c3c0e306 Cygwin: symlinks: support WSL symlinks ...

Treat WSL symlinks just like other symlinks.  Convert
absolute paths pointing to Windows drives via
/mnt/<driveletter> to Windows-style paths <driveletter>:
