Mike Frysinger 30c469f2e8 libgloss: doc: generate single page & split html manuals 
By default, only split node html manuals are generated.  Change the
default to single page, and add an extra rule to also generate the
split page manual.

Libgloss is a library for all the details that usually get glossed over.
This library refers to things like startup code, and usually I/O support
for GCC and the C library.

For more details, see the manual under doc/.
