* include/winnt.h (HEAP_MAKE_TAG_FLAGS, VALID_INHERIT_FLAGS): Correct
        definition.
        * include/rpcndr.h (NdrUnMarshConfStringHdr, NdrUnMarshCCtxtHdl,
        NdrMarshSCtxtHdl): Ditto.
        * include/basetyps.h (REFGUID, REFIID, REFCLSID, REFFMTID): Remove macro
        definition in favour of typedef definition.
