* dcrt0.cc (do_exit): Move thread stuff after vfork stuff or threads are
terminated during vfork.
* sigproc.cc (proc_terminate): Grab proc lock prior to signalling subproc
thread exit to avoid an extra "wait-for-thread-to-exit".
