Takashi Yano via Cygwin-patches 22b6314b68 Cygwin: console: Replace WriteConsoleA() with WriteConsoleW(). 
- To allow sending non-ASCII chars to console, all WriteConsoleA()
  are replaced by WriteConsoleW().
