For RISC-V, AArch64, i386, and x86_64
- k_tanl.c is required for tanl; the linker will report `__kernel_tanl`
not found when tanl is called.
- s_cospil.c and s_sinpil.c are added for cospil and sinpil, which are already
available for ld80 but not for ld128.
Rename s_nearbyint.c, s_fdim.c and s_scalbln.c to remove conflicts
Remove functions that are not needed from above files
