Torbjörn SVENSSON ea275093c1 libc/include/wchar.h: Remove parameter name 
As discussed in GCC bug 97088
(https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=97088), parameters in
prototypes of library functions should use reserved names, or no name
at all.

This patch removes the 'ptr' parameter name from
wint_t _getwchar_r (struct _reent *);
wint_t _getwchar_unlocked_r (struct _reent *);

to avoid possible clashes with user code in case someone uses
before including Newlib's wchar.h (or uses some other conflicting
definition)

Corinna Vinschen ad101bcb0f Rename <xlocale.h> back to <sys/_locale.h> 
libX11 provides <X11/Xlocale.h>.  The build of libX11 itself adds
include/X11 to the compiler's include path.  This results in a name
collision with /usr/include/xlocale.h on case-insensitive filesystems.

Commit 90e35b1eb3 renamed sys/_locale.h to xlocale.h in March 2017 under
the assumption that we should provide the locale_t type in the same file
as on Linux, FreeBSD, and Darwin.

A few weeks later (June 2017), glibc removed the xlocale.h file in favor
of bits/types/locale_t.h, which shouldn't be included directly anyway.

Given the above, revert 90e35b1eb3 and
fix additional usage of xlocale.h.

Yaakov Selkowitz 90e35b1eb3 Rename <sys/_locale.h> to <xlocale.h> 
The locale_t type is provided by <xlocale.h> on Linux, FreeBSD, and Darwin.
While, like on some of those systems, it is automatically included by
<locale.h> with the proper feature test macros, its presence under this
particular name is still presumed in real-world software.

_GNU_SOURCE generally enables all features, but in this case the POSIX
requirement to #include <wctype.h> for these is preferred.

Implement basic wide char stdio functionality, based on FreeBSD.
        * libc/include/stdio.h (__SORD): Define.
        (__SWID): Define.
        * libc/include/wchar.h: Add declarations for new wide char functions.
        (getwc): Define as macro.
        (getwchar): Ditto.
        (putwc): Ditto.
        (putwchar): Ditto.
        * libc/include/sys/reent.h (struct __sFILE): Add _mbstate member.
        (struct __sFILE64): Ditto.
        * libc/stdio/Makefile.am (ELIX_4_SOURCES): Add fgetwc.c, fgetws.c,
        fputwc.c, fputws.c, fwide.c, getwc.c, getwchar.c, putwc.c, putwchar.c
        and ungetwc.c.
        (CHEWOUT_FILES): Add fgetwc.def, fgetws.def, fputwc.def, fputws.def,
        fwide.def, getwc.def, getwchar.def, putwc.def, putwchar.def and
        ungetwc.def.
        Add header dependency rules for the new files.
        * libc/stdio/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libc/stdio/fgetwc.c: New file, implementing fgetwc and _fgetwc_r.
        * libc/stdio/fgetws.c: New file, implementing fgetws and _fgetws_r.
        * libc/stdio/findfp.c (std): Initialize FILE's _mbstate member.
        (__sfmoreglue): Ditto.
        * libc/stdio/fputs.c (_fputs_r): Set stream orientation.

        * libc/stdio/fwrite.c (_fwrite_r): Set stream orientation.
