188d5f6c9a Cygwin: x86_64: add wmemset assembler entry point 
So far, wmemset used the C implemantation from newlib.  Let's use
the optimized assembler code instead.

3e13d93554 Cygwin: split out x86_64 memset/memcpy functions 
move the assembler memset and memcpy functions into their own
assembler files.
