	conflicting inline semantics between C99 and GNU89.
	(__sgetc_r):  Replace static inline with _ELIDABLE_INLINE to be
	compatible with -fkeep-inline-functions usage.
	(__sputc_r):  Likewise for consistency even though disabled.
