* libc/include/wchar.h: Added wcstok() declaration.
* libc/string/wcstok.c: New file, implementing wcstok.
* libc/string/Makefile.am: Add wcstok support.
* libc/string/wcstrings.tex: Ditto.
* libc/string/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
