* fhandler.h (fhandler_pipe::broken_pipe): Renamed from saweof. 

(fhandler_pipe::set_eof): Reflect above change.
* pipe.cc (fhandler_pipe::fhandler_pipe): Ditto.
(fhandler_pipe::read): Ditto.
(fhandler_pipe::hiteof): Ditto.
