* cygthread.cc (cygthread::stub2): Remove myself from the list of threads 

monitored by signals since this thread will never call raise or sigwait.
(cygthread::simplestub2): Ditto.  Set ev here.
(cygthread::cygthread): Don't set ev here for freerange thread.
