* fhandler_socket.cc: Include cygthread.h.
(class sock_event): Remove. (thread_connect): New function. (thread_accept): Ditto. (fhandler_socket::connect): Use cygthread instead of socket event handling for blocking sockets. (fhandler_socket::accept): Ditto.
