* syscalls.cc (rename): Close oldpath file handle immediately after

trying to rename it.  Use nfh handle when checking for non-empty
	newpath directory.  Only change status if check_dir_not_empty really
	returns STATUS_DIRECTORY_NOT_EMPTY.
