* autoload.cc (dll_load): Only call LoadLibraryExW with 

DONT_RESOLVE_DLL_REFERENCES if a normal LoadLibrary call failed with
	ERROR_INVALID_ADDRESS.
	(LsaRegisterLogonProcess): Align comment to previous change.
