Cygwin: x86_64: import latest NetBSD bcopy.S
Tweak slightly to allow implementing entire {w}mem{p}{cpy,move} family: Add WIDE macro processing for wmem* and POST macro processing for memp* functions. Signed-off-by: Corinna Vinschen <corinna@vinschen.de>
