Changed the way that file handles are inherited. Now
all files are opened with the inheriting turned on, and they're
closed when necessary.
Changed the way that children are waited for. Now
you can exec a non-gnuwin32 program and wait for its
result.

* dirsearch.cc (opendir): Use new path_conv mechanism.
